Catalyst – MEKP

Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide used to initiate polyester resin cure.

Accurate dosing ensures controlled reaction and optimal performance.

Accelerator – Cobalt 6%

Promotes faster curing of polyester resins, especially in cooler conditions.

Used in combination with MEKP to adjust gel time and reactivity.

Fumed Silica

Thickening agent to control resin flow and prevent sagging.

Improves thixotropy and is ideal for pastes and adhesives.

Titanium Dioxide

White pigment offering excellent opacity and UV resistance.

Commonly used in gelcoats, paints, and resins for brightness and protection.

Pigments – White / Black & Other Colours

Color pastes for tinting resins, gelcoats, and topcoats.

UV-stable and compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy systems.

Talc

Mineral filler that improves stiffness and dimensional stability.

Also enhances sanding properties and surface finish.

Aluminum Hydroxide – ATH

Flame-retardant filler for fire-rated composites and electrical parts.

Improves smoke suppression and surface smoothness.
